Conversational Debt Detox
This three-month program is for leadership teams that lack trust, that go around in circles in meetings and are unable to make decisions together. This program includes six half-day workshops (based on the book - The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni) and an additional six hours of coaching between the calls where Steffan works with your leadership to help them apply the notions from the workshop.
Co-Creative Leadership

This program introduces your leadership team to co-creative leadership and the five key skills of a co-creative leader. Steffan offers this program in half-day, full day or two-day formats. The longer formats offer more time for conversations and hands-on exercises to experience the power of co-creative leadership in action.
Co-Creative Leadership for Teams
This twelve month journey takes your leadership team through the five key skills of a co-creative leader. Each month, Steffan spends a half-day coaching your leadership team through a business challenge through the lens of co-creative leadership.
The content of each workshop is directed towards helping your team address one of their group or business challenges through the lens of co-creative leadership.
This program can also be a springboard to accelerate the leadership development of a group of future or high potential leaders in your organization.
Co-Creative Leadership Retreats
These various three-day public retreats allow you to take a deep dive in the different skills of a Co-Creative Leader. We offer these for public or private groups (with a minimum of 6 participants).
Public sessions typically include a variety of participants from diverse organizations, making it a rich sharing experience for everyone.
Executive Co-Creative Leader
This twelve month journey is for executives looking for support to improve their leadership, gain clarity and grow their leadership style. In this program, Steffan teaches executives how to apply the principles of Co-Creative Leadership by focusing on the business challenges they are facing at the time.
This program offers regular advisory meetings every two weeks with additional support via e-mail or phone when needed. In our calls, we focus on your growth and on concrete ideas to help you move things forward in your business.
